Since 1976, Mtre. Woods has specialized in the fields of litigation and arbitration. He has pleaded at all levels of the federal and provincial courts in Ontario and Quebec including the Supreme Court of Canada.

ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE

Mtre. Woods has acted as an Arbitrator either as President or Member of an Arbitration Tribunal in approximately twenty commercial arbitrations and he has acted as attorney in many commercial and international arbitrations, either ad hoc or I.C.C.
