Woods participates in the preparation of the Annotated Code of Civil Procedure by LexisNexis

The LégisPratique – The Annotated Code of Civil Procedure – was conceived by experienced practitioners and lists key decisions, decisions of principle and decisions providing relevant illustrations for each of the articles of the Code of Civil Procedure of Quebec. Woods LLP wrote the section concerning arbitration. This work is innovative in that practical annotations are provided by the authors, including their tricks of the trade, explanations and commentaries on the material.
