Whether in the context of civil, commercial or corporate matters, our attorneys are accomplished advocates, experienced at representing our clients before the courts and tribunals of Quebec and Ontario, as well as before the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. We have also developed a particular expertise in arbitration of national and international disputes both as counsel and as arbitrators.
Furthermore, the bijuridical training of many of our lawyers in both common law and civil law, and the mastery of both English and French, ensures that our firm can handle with confidence the many complex issues which may arise in files involving transnational law.
