Sylvain Vauclair has been practicing in the field of insolvency law for over thirty years and has throughout those years represented the full spectrum of stakeholders, from debtors and creditors’ committees to bondholders, CCAA monitors, trustees in bankruptcy and lenders. His work is now particularly focused on restructuring matters.

He appears in the insolvency law section of the following law directories: Who's Who Legal, Best Lawyers in Canada, The 2008 Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, Lexpert Directory, Lexpert® Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Litigation Lawyers (2009), Chambers Global (2014) and Chambers Canada.
