Joshua Bouzaglou's practice is diversified, encompassing civil, commercial and administrative litigation as well as insolvency and restructuring. He is involved in several major cases, more specifically in contractual disputes, construction litigation, shareholder disputes and oppression remedies, high-stakes divided co-ownership litigation, injunction proceedings, as well as matters of mining law, securities law, consumer protection law and tax law. He joined our team in 2018 as a student and also completed his articling with the firm. Besides his civil law (LL.B.) and common law (J.D.) degrees from the Université de Montréal, he clerked for the Honourable Annie Breault and studied Chinese law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.
Prior to studying law, Joshua worked for more than 15 years in the field of telecommunications where he held various management roles in IT, marketing and operations for an industry leader.
