Mtre. Sebastian L. Pyzik joined the team after having worked for a national firm in Montreal and Toronto.
He has a diverse civil and commercial litigation practice, representing public and private corporations, as well as their officers, directors, shareholders, auditors, contractual partners, or creditors in commercial disputes.
In the past few years, Sebastian has also been involved in complex cases of contractual and real estate disputes, as well as in professional liability cases, estate litigation and product liability files. He also has a good experience in sport law and in penal proceedings, having represented several clients in these fields.
During his legal studies, Sebastian completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also articled at Legal Affairs of VIA Rail Canada, taught a legal research course to law students, and acted as an authorized representative before the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.
Sebastian holds a black belt in taekwondo. He is a former Quebec and Canadian champion.

Acted for an Olympic athlete in front of an arbitration sport tribunal regarding his selection for the Rio Olympic Games 2016;
Acted for several athletes in front of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) in the context of doping accusations;
Acted for a professional being sued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) for insider trading;
Acted for several groups of heirs in the context of various estate disputes;
